Can I use multiple computers with Stelera Wireless?
Yes. Stelera offers a premium service that will allow you to create a Wi-Fi hotspot in your house so that multiple computers can use your connection (Not available until May 21, 2008).
How mobile is Stelera Wireless?
Stelera service is available anywhere throughout our coverage area. The service is completely mobile and unlike a Wi-Fi hotspot, the coverage is significantly larger and not limited to a specific area.

What’s an IP address?
Every computer that communicates over the Internet is assigned an IP (Internet Protocol) address that uniquely identifies the device and distinguishes it from other computers on the Internet.

How do I get the strongest possible signal for service?
To insure a good wireless signal:
- Try positioning in different areas around your home or office to find the highest signal strength on the display.
- The signal strength indicator on the unit screen should show no less than one bar.
- The computer or network hub that will be connected to the LAN port is nearby.
- The power outlet is within easy reach.
- The Stelera display is in sight, and the buttons and connectors are within easy reach.
- Keep at least 8 inches away from your person.
- Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources, power lines, fluorescent lighting fixtures, and electrical noise such as radios, transmitters and broadband amplifiers.
- Water or moisture cannot enter the case of the unit.
